Okay this is kind of funny (and presumably it is what you get when AI writes your text) The Planck Length is the smallest possible distance, so if you wanted to represent all of your measurements accurately in an integer you could use plancks. But computer floating point precision can't handle it. So every line of this table gives a different number of planck's per nanometer!
