Excellent advice. I used it's vision mode on a bunch of photos and with pydantic-ai (my hammer), I extracted a bunch of data. You are right about it being slow.
I like deepseek-v4 too. It has been really impressive with creative writing. I have a weird experiment I have written to test how well this tech works, that effectively writes a five to x chapter book just to see the character/plot drift, and DeepSeek has always shone for this.
