many years ago a friend insisted I call her alternative practioner (like I can't even remember what title/field she called herself) and she repeatedly called me Hilda (my name isn't even vaguely Hilda) and told me she could tell over the phone I was breathing wrong.
I did not book an appointment. This would be the lost miracle that is why I'm still ill.
