I heard in the pub today that farmers have had to resort to using their Winter feed for their animals because there's no grass. The Economist magazine, about a cereal farmer: "His fields have yielded a third less wheat and nearly two-fifths less barley than normal." Also: "About half of the wheat grown in Britain is used for animal feed."
Meat might be expensive this Winter.
