Tsunami warning for the entire east coast of Japan right now, up to and including Okinawa, urging everyone to get out of the water and away from the seaside.
It doesn't seem too bad (they got 30 cm in Chiba), but better safe than sorry. And even 30cm of rapidly moving water with debris and stuff to tangle you up can trip you, drag you along, and potentially hurt you badly.
