Good morning! Taking it easy yesterday did the trick in beating whatever was ailing me. I need to remember to do that as prevention rather than in reaction to not feeling well. A strong work ethic doesn't always serve me well in retirement.
I need to let go of the need to be productive every day. At the same time, my intention today is to catch up on the things I let slide yesterday. 🫤😄
