Btw I've had less than a 1% response rate generally, most listings still aren't real. So lucky if you send out 40 apps/week and 1 of those positions is a real opening, and 10% chance that a human sees your app, then a 1% chance you'll get a response. So a 1/4000 shot you get a response, which honestly is about right. Maybe 1/1000 for me.
