Honestly, best strategy is to pick a small number of things you *really* want to see and then spend the rest of the time seeing where things take you.
Aim for talks that are not recorded, if those take your fancy - we can't guarantee anything definitely will be recorded because speakers change their minds and equipment gets destroyed by tesla coils, but it's rare for speakers to suddenly opt for recording at the last minute.
