One of the things I've never liked about Facebook/Instagram, etc. is that everyone was always posting positive things only and it felt like no one had any problems at all and it felt really lonely.

But I find myself censoring myself here too, sometimes for quite some time... putting feelings behind CWs because I see other people asking daily that we protect *their* mental health by being more positive.

But life is hard. And it ends up feeling a bit taboo to share some feelings, some news.

There is no actual solution, I know that. You either share, and some people will unfollow, thinking you're selfish. Or you share under CWs (or don't share at all), and make it even less acceptable to share.
