In my fugue state shopping Tesco I accidentally picked up paracetamol with caffeine so now I can feel like trash *and* be tweaked to hell 🫠
They also made me pick between two packs of tablets and a bottle of kids ibuprofen 🙃 because apparently three of any kind of medication is one too many…
