Not to start an argument, purely for my own knowledge appetite

Isn’t the fact that when one creates a Pubky account they are forced to agree with Pubky/Synonym’s and further by extension (ownership) Tether’s terms of service and privacy policy…

Doesn’t this requirement in and of itself negate and therefore is hypocritical to the claim that Pubky is decentralized and open source?!

I’m struggling to reconcile the two…

It is Pubky, not Nostr.

The things that people do with Nostr are a subset of what is possible with Pubky.
