I've had good success with the web versions of a lot of things.

The only side loaded commercial apps I use are the Bose sound thing, Vivino, Itsme (the Belgian eid app), Podcast Addict, and my health insurance app (which is really justbs PWA). Everything else is from F-Droid or just the web version.

Though in all fairness this only works because I have a work mobile which I use as a burner phone. It's full of msft and has none of my private data so IDGAF.
