I made the decision long ago to stick with one and I picked Ubuntu. Apps is what the focus should be on not the minor differences between DEs. Gnome, KDE, Cinnamon are all great options. Pop will eventually fade away like my beloved Unity. I can’t even comprehend how hard it must be to maintain a fork of a DE.
