Literally none of the miners did anything. You were never and I mean never taken seriously. How at this point do you not understand that? All miners had to do was NOTHING. And that is what they did.
Bitcoin is secured by incentives, not trust. 10s of thousands of people making their own self interested decisions. If you don't understand that first your Bitcoin IQ is about 18.
