I'm on Start9. I tried following all the instructions to gain access via the command line using Windows.
I made it to a prompt on the Start9 that said "start9@carried-firewall:" I typed in "lncli lookupinvoice" plus the payment hash string. It returned, "-bash: lncli: command not found"
I'm well out over my skiis on this I think.
