We all have heavy baggage. The difference is that some people carry theirs so quietly that nobody notices how tired they are. They still show up to work, reply with a smile, help others, and keep their promises while carrying worries, heartbreaks, responsibilities, and battles no one knows about. That's why kindness matters more than we think. The person who looks strongest in the room may be the one fighting the hardest battle in silence.
