They have analyzed 128 million voters and have come to the conclusion that 24,000 NON CITIZENS BUT LEGAL RESIDENTS VOTED IN THE 2020 elections.

naturalization oath, no U.S. passport, no U.S. birth record, and no citizen code anywhere in the administrative records. Every record the government holds for this person is consistent with noncitizen status, and none rebuts
it as of Election Day. This person is counted as a noncitizen voter. The determination does not rest on a single
flag; it requires an affirmative noncitizen record and the absence of any citizenship evidence that would place the person inside citizenship at the time of the vote. Over 24,000 voters in the 2020 general election met that standard.”
