I will say increasingly blue MAGA or vote blue no matter who are also just the worst PR possible for the Dems. They will yell at people for deigning to condition their vote on stopping the genocide in Gaza or not hating or discriminating against trans people or not hating unhoused people, instantly making them seem like the biggest kind of amoral pragmatic assholes. I'm not a US citizen and it is still demoralizing to see these people crawl out of the woodwork to shout at someone daring to hold politicians accountable. I will always remember the videos of people at the DNC covering their ears while protesters shouted the names of children killed in Palestine by the Israeli armed forces. They keep on digging a bigger hole for the party and the party is calling in bulldozers to help dig further, it's just a shitshow.
