I still prefer AnalogExif for bulk exif editing (the fact it allows you to create a big library of camera, lens, and film info that's easily assignable to photos in bulk is a big help), but I just found a specific ExifTool combination to scrub off all the exposure info created when "camera scanning", so that's a *big* help.
