How does Mostro 🧌 escrow work?
When you open a trade, the seller's sats get locked in Lightning. Not in a company account.
The trade moves like this:
1️⃣ Buyer and seller meet in the app
2️⃣ Sats are locked in escrow
3️⃣ Fiat payment is confirmed
4️⃣ Escrow is released and sats go straight to the buyer's wallet
If something goes wrong, a human community admin reviews the case and decides. The trade chat is encrypted and unalterable, protecting both sides.
No custody. No middlemen.
