I think it's worth it though in the meantime to use the idea of 'reduce, reuse, recycle' to embed on-the-ground infrastructure like community gardens, repair cafes, libraries of everything, seed sharing, free stores, etc in the communities where we actually live.
We're going to need both the structures and the networking practice.
