Don't I know it - I have been putting up with this (dealing with women regularly) for over 2 years. It's not for the faint of heart ! I have to take breaks at times because it gets frustrating.
On the other hand, these days I just openly act sexy[1] with younger (not underage - I am not a retard) chicks and if anyone doesn't like it they can fuck off. So far it has worked better than my old risk-averse approach.
For example, recently I propositioned a 19yo college chick who is home for the summer. She said yes. However, it was obvious she was sexually attracted - I guess this was Jay-style screening. I wouldn't have just done that with any girl.
But women are so mercurial it will drive you to irritation no matter how good you get.
[1] - If I get the sense they are open to it. I don't waste time with girls who show no signs of interest.
