I like it. The Seven Principles are somewhat idealistic; as we know from similar systems (US constitution) conflicts exist at the edges, and pillars work to undermine one another. Definitely a hood starting point for more discussion and consideration. Modular is 100% right and more implementations in different languages will help antifragility.
