With this, we'll (I think) have ended up with a total cost of £2860 for this whole thing, which includes a 12kW Samsung heatpump, a new hot water cylinder and associated pipework, and one new radiator. Hard to argue the value really.
That radiator still does not work, but the fitter has asked me to try locking off all other rads, and then force setting a flow temp. I've said I'll try this over the weekend.
