Went and looked at a condo, discolored paint where walls were patched, section of LR where new floor wasn't flush with next piece, but other than that it seemed to be in good shape, now I just wait and see if my offer was accepted.
Afterwards was a disgustingly good brunch at a local spot that has become so popular the wait is at least 30 minutes. As an oldtimer and single, I just slip in and sit at the bar.
