I am now proud owner of a jug blender.
We have a stick blender already, which has a little food processor attachment - but that is not good for anything wet or high volume.
So I plan to try making:
- Smoothies (obviously)
- Milkshakes (also obvs)
- Banana ice cream from frozen very ripe bananas and a splash of milk (tried and tested and good)
- Hot sauce (recipes welcomed!)
I think there's more. There must be more!
Anyone had luck with a home made ice cream recipe that doesn't go rock hard?
