Just don't do what I did: the buyer for my parents' home was an EXTREME Latina activist who had accused us of dishonesty & other rotten things. The buyers apologized for her behavior.
On escrow closing day, I dawdled about the house then had a sudden rush of PANIC: "Get out! Get out NOW!!"
I frantically grabbed stuff then left ASAP - and saw the Angry Activist's car rounding the corner as I left.
Taking ownership 8 hours early!
