While I’m “obnoxiously” Orthodox, I sincerely and greatly appreciate the CI guys, and put forth considerable effort to hammer out common ground with them. They’ve got Scriptural interpretations that are in many ways far better reasoned and even dare I say “Traditional”, that have largely been cast to the wayside by the vast majority of mainline American Protestants for being “politically difficult”.
