It appears every time it wants to load data but can’t. Thing is: I know I‘m not connected already (data doesn’t load, duh …) and might want to look at Maps, at my RSS, even Masto: it‘ll pop up that dialogue many times, and, as can be seen from the second and third pic, doesn‘t remove it unless I click „OK“ (I reconnected between pic 2 and 3, see toolbar).

It blocks too much and is not actionable, just annoying …
