We have the right to he free from harassment, but not all hate speech is harassment.
I don't approve of hate speech, but I also think the correct response is to walk away, not to punish it. And if you can't walk away, that's when it becomes harassment. That's my current take, which is subject to change.
And polite critique is always free speech, no matter how it makes you feel.
