I can't decide what is worse in this case: 1. a Minister of Defense exposing his own country as weak; or, 2. fantasize about an American invasion without there being the slightest sign of it (other than the overthrow of leftist dictatorial friends in the region. But then, someone might ask: if it's not up to you, why be afraid?)
