PauseCue 0.1.0 finds candidate audio-description narration windows from SRT/WebVTT timing and estimates practical word budgets. It exports text, JSON, CSV, and an empty VTT writing track, locally and with zero runtime dependencies.
Caption gaps are proxies, not proof of silence: uncaptured speech, music, sound effects, and important original audio can occupy them. Every result needs media review; PauseCue does not certify accessibility or replace writers, narrators, mixers, editors, or audience review.
