I doubt it, but maybe. Oh! I listened to the thing with Simon Dixon. Twice... I have such a hard time with the British accent, I had to relisten to be sure I got it. I think the general thrust of his argument could have merit - multinational money isn't patriotic. But the problem is the cost of what the American navy does. Its not cheap... I mean, it might literally be the most expensive thing in the world, maintaining a navy and using it to keep shipping safe. I don't think there's any other country that's willing to bear that cost right now. So... I think his timeline is off. But idk.
