These are criticisms of any soft fork and not specific to BIP110 and are temporary. I don't think many of us expect there to be a chainsplit for very long, if at all so most of these are again null and void. Some of these questions are interesting though like what happens if you did a transaction during this period, but that's like purposely throwing yourself under the bus which just kinda seems like your own fault. I also could careless if it all grinds to a hault for a short period. We thrive in the chaos unlike Big Bitcoin. We already pulled the grenade and we aren't putting the pin back in haha
