Are there any world class universities north of Birmingham or south of Glasgow?
Well apparently not according to the dispersement decisions around the Govt's Global Talent Fund....
As usual the golden triangle & London unis are the favoured recipients.... so, explain to me again how policy shaped in London by Oxbridge graduates is politically neutral?
