Twisty Charm hails from Cipheria—a realm mirroring Equestria, but born from mayhem and chaos rather than harmony. Cipherian magic, the source of all chaos spells, originates here. While Equestria and Cipheria are opposites, the balance between their forces shapes the multiverse: harmony tempers mayhem, and mayhem enlivens harmony.
