I would recommend writing to tech news outlets so that they cover Delta Chat. One of the deleted drafts about Delta Chat is mine- I actually share their rejection.
I would recommend focusing on getting the tech press covering Delta Chat- that would actually have a bigger effect on Delta Chat adoption (more reach), and then the Wikipedia article would come for free.
