Shout out to Star Labs Systems (npub1hpu…ggnf) – got my StarBook in October. Delivery required complex logistics because of travel arrangements, and StarLabs support went out of their way to make this work.

I had some issues with waking from S3 and the laptop rebooting. Again, their support was on the ball, provided a partial work-around and confirmed this is a firmware issue that is being worked on.

Got the firmware update about a week ago and it seems like the problem is fixed.
