I once worked under some high-voltage electricity pylons. When it was foggy, you could hear crackling. And our CRT monitors shook up and down depending on the electricity load going through them. Very high voltage power lines are not fun.
I doubt cell towers have much of an effect, mind you. But I did once work with someone who was affected by wifi - and who would ask people to turn off the wifi on their devices during meetings. He would notice if someone left wifi on.
