I believe that relays and media hosts should be opinionated, but should also be fair. Most importantly:
- Be honest about your policy (even “whatever I don’t like” is better than most)
- Apply them as you stated
- Do not try to sabotage your users silently
- Except in egregious circumstances, help them move out
