If you do an image search of teen take overs, it's nearly all black kids.
There is cultural rot, espiecally in cities. This is why "black fatigue" is becoming a thing.
That this is due to being a victim is BS. It's mostly because black men act like dogs, leaving their offspring behind and moving on to another mate. More govt does, worse it gets. If they don't get it together their lives will be much harder.
