Use a proper entropy generator, but also don't ask AI because it is even less random than your human non randomness.
Rolling die and picking from a dictionary could be fun. I like how in keypass I can mash the keyboard and scribble to create entropy. I enjoy those things more than you might imagine.

Please, don’t listen to this BS, people are not random and are very much predictable. You as a human suck at randomness, use a proper cryptographic random source, you just lack entropy in your head or actions.
