Apart from that (previous post) it was a good allotment session.

Strimming and more strimming of the grass paths, and the scrubby orchard area. (I'd rather leave it, but the committee get grumpy if it's not vaguely tamed)

Brought home the first of the season's radishes and strawberries (possibly the first radishes I've managed to grow at our allotment, they usually go to seed really quickly).

I got a few brassica plants that I've grown from seed in the ground - they weren't looking too healthy, but rather they die in the ground than at home.
Some carrot, lettuce l, pea and radish seeds planted.

The peas and beans are looking healthy.
The apple, pear and cherry trees are showing signs of a decent crop. Nothing visible on the peach tree though.
I think that we might have a huge strawberry crop - so I've netted one of the beds to keep the birds off.

And everything has been watered.
