No hashtag moderation, the same accounts with photos of naked children as their profile pictures are visible. (Their notes are hidden but the actual images of naked children are still visible)
And the accounts sharing videos of naked teenage girls and images of toddlers in bathing suits with sexually explicit captions are visible.
