There are a lot of people in fringe politics and finance that are not complete human beings and they make $thing their entire personality. I don’t know if any particular one is an asset, but a lot of times people like this unwittingly serve federal agendas. COINTELPRO documents describe exactly how personalities like this were guided to very central roles in various communities to disrupt their productivity and effectiveness. I myself am living, breathing proof that Twitter is still a controlled and censored environment. If someone is allowed to be a central personality on it, it is because someone hasn’t gotten around to banning them or someone has decided they are useful in their role on the platform for whatever reasons. I don’t trust people who so prominently use Twitter and seem to go forever without getting banned. I am still banned. Everyone I ever worked with is regularly banned. We weren’t and aren’t breaking Twitter’s terms.
