I'm also not so on board the whole ghosting of exes unless there's a safety issue. Seems to be more of a modern big city attitude. Small town folk see their exes all the time. If seeing someone makes you unable to control yourself, I guess its something to know about yourself, but also perhaps a point of discipline to consider.
