Confirmed! The first contact was an actual person. This was to establish credibility. Today’s email contact was aimed at establishing authority. Interesting process to watch.

Gm. I think I am currently a target for a social engineering scam. I received a phone call at an odd time and spent just over 20 minutes being “prepared” for the next contact. I am expecting an escalation in comms this coming week. The mixture of claims to authority with accurate and true personal information sprinkled with vague and impossible details has me suspicious. A good reminder to review my security systems.
