People from Houston and NOLA stand out like a sore thumb - they're very loud and rude in public situations compared to natives and there's been a coordinated NGO effort to settle them here, based on the expired temporary car tags and other observed EBT activities.
Oh, and my property tax went up significantly because Blackrock bought everything up to rent at top dollar (rents went from $800 to $1200 in 6 years) because these people have NGO money, but they're the lower value neighbors.
