Great UX is still a work in progress for Monero. Same with liquidity. Thorchain, Serai, and bidirectional atomic swaps are on the horizon and will only strengthen censorship resistant liquidity: something no other cryptocurrency has.
Auditability concerns are a valid concern weighed against Bitcoin. I personally strongly value the UX of not sharing my balance with everyone all the time when I spend my money. And I trust Monero's conservative development process to ensure the math checks out. I don't like that Bitcoin had an inflation vulnerability identified by a Bitcoin Cash developer. That's a problem people tend to gloss over. Monero's one inflation bug was caught internally. But yes, Monero does rely on more complicated math than Bitcoin does to audit the supply. It's still an extremely useful tool with a gold star history on inflation bugs compared to Bitcoin and Zcash.
