Regarding objectives, I basically have two goals right now:
1/ Get professional life back on track because of all the changes thanks to AI. This will require a lot more focus than I've given it. Half-assing it - which I tried to do - isn't going to work.
2/ Lose weight, looksmax. This shouldn't be too difficult, in this case it will only require dedication.
Dopamine fasting allows you to focus which is what I've been lacking much of this year.
